BEST PRACTICES PRESENTERS

Karen Stobbe, Keynote speaker and Master of Ceremonies  will bring her unique perspective as she shares about her  personal experiences with persons with Alzheimer's disease. Karen has consulted on a National Alzheimer's Association training program and was the co-developer for the Hand in Hand Training Program produced by CMS and distributed to every nursing home in the country. Karen has performed over 700 trainings in person-centered care, being with persons with dementia, creativity in healthcare and the
importance of  laughter. Karen and her husband, Mondy, are currently working on a website for families with tips, videos and podcasts to help anyone who is associated with dementia.

Get ready to Shake it Up at this year’s 3rd Annual  NJ Culture Change Connect Forum!   We have four amazing presenters that will  share their “Person Centered Care Best Practices” to inspire, teach  and encourage you to Shake it Up with fresh ideas and approaches.
